My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms needed another hour to be ready upon arrival, and it would have been nice to have some tea and coffee available for the morning relaxation. However, the rooms require some updating, especially the bathrooms, and the original booking was not properly honored.

The service experience was a bit lacking. They took our passports for copying and kept them for at least 15 minutes, which made me uncomfortable. The staff's English proficiency was not as good as expected, and they were not very helpful. Additionally, the breakfast was of poor quality and expensive.

The hotel is relatively close to the Sun Island Ice and Snow Festival but quite far from Central street, a famous pedestrian-only cobblestone area with hundreds of stores and restaurants. It is a bit away from tourist attractions, off a congested road during the Winter Season.
