Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms needed another hour to be ready upon arrival, and it would have been nice to have some tea and coffee available for the morning relaxation. However, the rooms require some updating, especially the bathrooms, and the original booking was not properly honored.
The hotel offers complimentary amenities but the rooms need updating, especially the outdated and smaller-than-average baths which smelled of smoke. The service was fantastic overall, with friendly and attentive staff, though there was an uncomfortable moment when our passports were kept for copying. The location, while relatively close to the Sun Island Ice and Snow Festival, is a bit far from the bustling Central street. The dining options were good but lacked some Western choices. The facilities could use some improvement, and the value for money might not be ideal for the slightly shabby facilities and inefficient service.
